All horse races are on DVD and come from the year 2004. |
- Corporate Race Night
- Private Race Night
- Charity Race Night

We bring all the exitement of a 'Day/Night at the Races' to the venue!
This event is staffed by a professional compere and experienced tote staff.
We use a large screen video production system and high quality P.A.
Our horse racing DVD footage comes from English courses that include both jump and flat races - these are picked by a member of the audience.
Guests are invited to place bets with fun money, which can also be personalised to your company, as can the race cards.
As the bets are placed, we update the betting screen so the audience can see what is being backed. |
FORMAT
| Corporate race night are fundamentally different to fund raising race nights, with no real money involved and we operate a format based strongly on fun and entertainment. Teams are each issued with fun money, the team with the most money at the end of the event wins a prize and trophy. |
HOW IT WORKS
When we are due to start the compere and tote, sellers will introduce themselves to the guests before handing out the fun money and race cards.
The race cards contain instructions but the compere will also verbally explain the format to the guests. Once the formalities are over, the bets can be placed at the tote desk, then the staff will update the betting screen showing what has been bet on each horse.
When the race finishes, the winners will go to the tote desk and collect their winnings. A typical Corporate Race Night has four to eight races and lasts for around 2 hours.
At the end of the event the team with the most fun money are the winners, prizes are awarded to the top scoring team.

| Private race nights are a good way to raise money for your chosen charity or for your own club/pub etc. You will be sent a race card so you can start raising money prior to the event. We suggest selling the owners and jockeys at £2.00 each, you can also sponsor a race by dedicating it for someone's birthday, anniversary or any special occasion, local businesses can also sponsor a race promoting their services for as little as £5.00. Should you sell the whole sheet at the suggested price, you would have raised £256.00 before the event. - This does not include any money from sponsors. |

When we are due to start, the race cards will be given out to the audience and the compere will explain how the betting works. Once the formalities are over, the bets can be placed at the tote desk, when the betting closes a member of the audience will be asked to choose a film. When the race finishes the compere will announce how many winners and the amount they have won, which is normally 50% of the pool with the other 50% going to your charity or club/pub funds, they can then collect their winnings from the tote desk.
We provide all the equipment, race sheet, race cards, tote tickets and present the show for you. Each race consists of 8 horses identified by number only.
You will need to provide prizes for the winning owners & jockeys yourself. At the end of the evening, we can run a 9th race - a winners race - taking all the winning owners & jockeys from the 8 races.
