SCOPE OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The Quality Management System is designed to ensure that the organisation is able to meet the
requirements of its customers and comply with the requirements of relevant
international, national and Customer Standards, as well as regulatory
requirements.
The organisation is customer led and the system
has been structured to ensure that customers receive the best possible products
and service available, which matches their expectations. Procedures are in place
to monitor response and delivery times and to record and analyse
non-conformities as a basis for continuous improvement through corrective and
preventative actions.

Purpose
The purpose of our Quality Manual is to define the disciplines,
responsibilities, resources and practices to which the Management is committed
in order to safeguard the operation of a comprehensive Quality Management System
throughout the organisation.
This QMS is designed to meet
the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
