assemblies and components are committed to
supplying a product and service, which
conforms in all respects to the safety,
quality, legal and contractual requirements
of our customers. In the accomplishment of
this aim our policy is one of providing the
service under controlled conditions, which
are consistently maintained.
The
Organisation is demonstrating this policy by
the maintenance of a Quality Management
System which is designed to comply with the
requirements of ISO 9001 : 2000. The Quality
Assurance System covers all aspects of
processing including the undertaking of
feasibility studies, sourcing, stockholding,
assembly and delivery.
All
employees are responsible to our customers
and colleagues equally for the continued
effectiveness of the company’s operations
and for the maintenance of the highest
standards in ensuring that their work
complies with the absolute requirements of
this manual and operating procedures. The
Organisation fully accepts the
responsibility to provide the necessary
staff training, working environment and
adequate resources to ensure that all
procedures are strictly applied.
As
part of the continuing drive for greater
efficiency and better performance, the
management has set clearly defined
objectives for:

Service Provision, the ability of the
Organisation to keep promises for the
availability and the performance of the
equipment.
§
Quality, the monitoring and analysis of
problems reported by customers and as a
result of internal actions. The time taken
to resolve problems is also monitored.
The
company will ensure that, this Policy
Statement is understood by each employee.
The
management will ensure that it is
implemented and maintained throughout the
organisation.
